If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange. We will cover the cost of return shipping for any defective or damaged products.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason other than product defects, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping in these cases. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. If the returned product is damaged, missing parts or accessories, we cannot process a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
All products sold at grelifehome.com come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If you encounter any defects in materials or workmanship during this period, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents. Any modifications or alterations to the product voids the warranty. All returns and warranty claims must be made within the specified time frame and with proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or warranty claims that do not meet our policy requirements.
If a product is determined to be defective during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no charge. Shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
